Overview
StockDrip launches coins on pump.fun. Each coin has its own reward vault that receives most of the coin's creator fees. The vault uses those fees to buy a basket of up to five tokenized stocks (xStocks) and sends them to the coin's holders automatically. Holders end up with separate stock tokens, for example NVDAx, AAPLx and TSLAx, in their own Solana wallet.
Rewards come from one source only: trading fees. When a coin is traded, its basket fills up. When nobody trades it, nothing is bought and nothing is dripped.
Launching a coin
- Enter name, ticker, image and optional socials. The image and metadata are published for pump.fun and wallets.
- Choose the trading pair: SOL or one of the tokenized stocks pump.fun supports as a Custom Pair.
- Build the basket: up to 5 stocks, ETFs or gold with your own weights (at least 5% each, together 100%), or start from a template such as AI Titans, Big Tech or The Index.
- For a stock pair, choose the creator fee. Optionally add a dev buy in SOL. On a stock pair your SOL is swapped into the pair stock automatically, so you only ever need SOL.
- Approve once in your wallet. This signs the pump.fun launch, the optional dev buy (plus its SOL swap on a stock pair) and the fee-sharing setup.
The coin is created by pump.fun's own program with your wallet as the creator. StockDrip never holds your wallet's keys; your approval covers only these transactions.
Pairs & creator fees
| SOL pair | Stock pair (e.g. NVDAx) | |
|---|---|---|
| Coin priced in | SOL | the selected xStock |
| Creator fee | pump.fun standard: 0.30% on the bonding curve, tiered after graduation | your choice at launch (0.3% to 3%), fixed forever |
| Fees arrive as | SOL | the pair stock |
| Basket purchases | SOL is swapped into every basket stock | the pair stock's share needs no swap; the rest is swapped |
After a coin completes its bonding curve it moves to PumpSwap. Creator fees keep flowing to the same vault.
Fee split
At launch the creator signs pump.fun's fee sharing configuration with exactly two recipients:
- 95% → the coin's reward vault (a wallet dedicated to this coin only)
- 5% → the StockDrip platform treasury
pump.fun locks this split after the first configuration, so neither the creator nor StockDrip can redirect it later; each coin page shows the lock status read from the chain. StockDrip re-checks the on-chain split before every fee claim and shows a warning on the coin page if it ever changes (for example through a pump.fun community takeover).
The vault pays its own Solana network fees and the one-time rent for new token accounts. For that it keeps up to 15% of each fee claim as a SOL reserve until the reserve is full (0.1 SOL); once full, 100% of the vault's share goes into the basket. For a brand new coin StockDrip fronts a small amount of SOL once, so the first purchases can start right away.
The reward engine
Every 5 minutes each coin runs one cycle:
- Claim: pump.fun's distribution instruction pays accrued creator fees to the vault and the treasury.
- Buy: the vault splits its new fees by your weights and buys each stock through Jupiter. While a coin is small, the basket is bought one stock at a time, always the one furthest behind its weight, so the mix still matches your weights over time. Before signing, every swap is simulated and rejected if it would move more than the planned amount or touch any other asset.
- Snapshot: all holders of the coin are read from the chain.
- Allocate: purchased stocks are split pro-rata by eligible balance.
- Drip: balances that are worth sending are transferred to holders' wallets in batches.
Every transaction is recorded before it is broadcast and settled only after Solana finalizes it, so a crash or RPC timeout can never pay the same reward twice.
Who gets rewards
- Wallets holding at least 100,000 coins.
- Only the balance held at both the previous and the current snapshot counts (the smaller of the two). Buying right before a drip and selling right after earns nothing.
- Program-owned accounts never count: the bonding curve, PumpSwap pools, lockers and other contracts. The coin's vault, the fee-sharing account and the platform wallets are excluded too.
- The creator is treated like any other holder.
When drips are sent
Sending a token costs a network fee, and the first time a wallet receives a given stock a token account has to be opened for it (about 0.002 SOL of rent, paid by the vault). To avoid spending more on fees than the reward is worth:
- Wallets that already hold the stock get it once their accrued amount is worth at least $0.10.
- Wallets that do not hold it yet get it once it is worth at least $1.00.
Smaller amounts are not lost. They keep accruing to your wallet and are sent as soon as they cross the threshold. The rewards page shows what is accruing.
About xStocks
xStocks are issued by Backed Assets as tracker certificates on Solana (Token-2022). Each one tracks a share or ETF and is backed 1:1 by the underlying security. They are freely transferable SPL tokens and fractional, so you can hold 0.0012 NVDAx.
- They are not shares: no voting or other shareholder rights.
- Dividends and splits are reflected through a balance multiplier (Token-2022 scaled UI amount), so the amount your wallet displays can change over time.
- They may not be offered to persons in some jurisdictions, including the United States.
Transparency
Every coin page shows the vault address, the fee-sharing recipients and their shares, the launch and fee-split transactions, and a live log of every fee claim, basket purchase and drip with links to Solscan. Anyone can compare these numbers with the chain.
Risks & disclosures
- Memecoins are extremely volatile and can lose all value. A stock basket does not protect the coin's price.
- Rewards depend entirely on trading volume and are not guaranteed.
- Stock prices move; the value of dripped stocks can fall.
- Reward vaults are hot wallets operated by StockDrip's automation. Their balances are kept small and every movement is public, but they are custodial until the drip is sent.
- pump.fun, Jupiter, xStocks and Solana are third-party systems. Outages, pauses (xStocks can be paused by the issuer) or rule changes can delay or stop rewards.
- StockDrip is not affiliated with pump.fun, Backed Assets or xStocks and does not provide investment advice. Check whether using tokenized securities is permitted where you live.
FAQ
Do I have to claim anything?
No. Drips arrive in your wallet automatically.
Why don't I see a drip yet?
Either your balance was not held across two snapshots yet, your accrued amount is still below the sending threshold, or the coin had no trades since the last cycle.
Can the creator change the basket?
No. Basket and weights are fixed at launch.
Can I sell the stocks I receive?
Yes. They are normal tokens in your wallet and can be swapped on Solana DEXs such as Jupiter.
